How long does it take?

Every lighter is printed to order and posted within 3 working days, then tracked delivery takes 2 to 4 working days across the UK.

What does it cost to post?

Delivery is £2.99, and free on orders over £25.

Can I use any photo?

Yes. The preview tells you if the picture is Sharp, Good or Low resolution. You must be 18 or over and have the right to use the image.

Are the lighters refillable?

Yes. They are refillable flint lighters, supplied empty with no gas, so they can be posted safely. Fill with standard butane before use.

What if something is wrong?

Tell us within 14 days with a photo and we will remake or refund it. Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes. Packs of 10 and 20 are in the designer. For more than 20, ask for a quote on the bulk page.
